I have iGolf Neo Sync that contains no courses. All I want to do is load the complete set of courses onto Device NPRF11311460. The instructions are a maze. Is there a simple way to install the new sync app on my MacBook Pro and download the courses?

The app doesn't work. Install instructions are useless. An error message says to reinstall, even though you've already installed. Online tech support is nonexistent.
